Feel at home in our comfortable holiday home. 100m² of living space offers enough space for a relaxed stay, even if you have a lot of luggage. Wooden ceilings and mostly parquet floors, combined with high-quality furnishings, ensure a pleasant ambience. The secluded location between Niederbobritzsch and Sohra, as well as a private garden and an east and spacious west terrace allow you to relax in absolute nature.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. If you cancel 14 days or less before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price. If you cancel 7 days or less before arrival or if you do not show up, we charge 100% of the booking price.

Parties/events are not allowed
Rest time
Guests must keep quiet between 10pm and 7am.
Pets
Pets are only allowed with prior notice and are subject to an additional charge of 10€ / night

You have decided to book our accommodation.
In the days before your arrival we will contact you personally to discuss check-in times and (due to our isolated location) to provide you with detailed directions.
Flexibility is important to us: If you arrive later, that's no problem. We want to make check-in as easy and stress-free as possible for you.
